1 onion
1 green onion
3 cabbages
1 cheongyang pepper

Seasoning

13 tbsp soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1 tbsp sugar [add 1 tbsp for sweeter taste]
2 tablespoons of starch syrup
3 times pepper powder
1 tbsp minced garlic
3 tablespoons plum juice
Whole sesame

A. It removes blood from beef. [Soak in cold water for about 30 minutes, then rinse with water to remove impurities and blood]
