What is Bibimbap?

Among them, sesame oil neutralizes the spicy taste of red pepper paste and changes it to a savory taste.


Types of Bibimbap


Bibimbap is largely divided into three types mountain vegetable bibimbap, bibim sashimi rice bowl, and stone pot bibimbap.


This is Mountain Vegetables Bibimbap.

Mountain Vegetables Bibimbap : Mix ingredients such as bracken, spinach, radish kimchi, and carrots to eat.
Bibimbap is largely divided into three types mountain vegetable bibimbap, bibim sashimi rice bowl, and stone pot bibimbap.


It is sashimi rice.

Bibim Hoe Deopbap : This is a bowl of rice topped with lettuce, spring vegetables, cabbage, and bean sprouts, sliced sashimi, and mixed with gochujang sauce.


It is stone pot bibimbap.

Dolsot Bibimbap : Put the rice, mountain vegetables, and even eggs in a small stone pot and mix them with gochujang sauce.
Dolsot bibimbap is a method in which various ingredients are added and mixed while the stone pot itself is hot.

Is bibimbap a diet food?


Most of the ingredients in bibimbap are wild vegetables and rice.
Wild vegetables are rich in nutrients that our body needs, so they are widely known as a healthy food.
Bibimbap is perfect for a diet meal.

It has everything a person needs, including carbohydrates, proteins, fats, and dietary fiber, which are the three major elements.
Vegetables are good for our body.
When making herbal or western medicine, it is usually made by extracting necessary nutrients from plants.

As much as that, vegetables contain many nutrients that are beneficial to our body.
I want to share this kind of bibimbap with many people and create a healthy culture together.

Making Bibimbap [ Recipe ]


Ingredient

Lettuce
carrot
Bean sprouts
little pumpkin
spinach
Fried egg
rice

Seasoning Sauce

2 tablespoons red pepper paste
2 tbsp chilli powder
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 kunsul of ginger powder
1/3 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp chopped onion


It's seasoned spinach.

Soak spinach in boiling water for only 30 seconds and remove.
Spinach is seasoned separately.
Put the spinach in a bowl, add 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp minced garlic, and 1 tbsp soy sauce and mix well.


It's stir-fried carrots.

Fry carrots in a frying pan.
If you want a softer texture, boil it in water.


It is seasoned bean sprouts.

Put bean sprouts in boiling water and boil for 7-8 minutes.
Please close the lid at this time.
All you have to do is assemble the vegetables in a bowl and mix them with the seasoning sauce.


Seasoning green zucchini.

Fry the zucchini in a frying pan.
Add a little salt to taste while frying.
