Taiyaki is a very attractive dish with sweet adzuki beans in the chewy dough.

It makes the dough soft. To prevent the dough from sticking, grease the Taiyaki pan with cooking oil evenly from top to bottom.
Put about 1/2 of the runny dough into the Fish ShapedBread mold.
Put an appropriate amount of red beans on top of the dough.
Put the flour dough on top of it again.
Close the mold and cook it while turning it back and forth.

A. Flour Dough Ingredients

30g glutinous rice flour
Flour 200g
2g baking powder
1 tbsp sugar
2g salt
200ml milk
4 tbsp melted butter
2 eggs

B. Ingredients for red bean making

1 cup red beans
15g tbsp salt
1/3 cup sugar


Start Making Dough

Taiyaki is made by mixing flour [flour], glutinous rice flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, milk, butter, and eggs in a bowl and mixing well.
Make the dough soft.
Put the butter in a bowl and melt it using the microwave. Finally, add the melted butter to the prepared dough and mix well.
The dough is done.


Start Making Red Bean

Put the red beans in a pot and boil them.
Boil until dry. When it’s soft, transfer it to a container.
Bring to a boil until it is dry. Transfer the red beans to a cask when they become mushy.
Steam the red beans with mortar.
When most of the red beans are crushed, put them back into the pot and add water until submerged.
Boil the red beans again.
In the middle of boiling, add sugar [1/3 the amount of red beans] and 15g of salt, stir well and boil until the water is slightly less than porridge.
Transfer the well-ripened red beans to the container.
Mash the red beans using a Spoon.
If you crush all of them, you can use them as Carp-Bread red beans.


How to make red beans easier!

Put the red beans in the pressure cooker and pour the water a little above the red beans.
Add sugar and salt and mix well.
Close the lid of the pressure cooker and set it to white rice [about 30 to 40 minutes].
When the rice cooker announces that cooking is complete, open the lid of the rice cooker and transfer the red beans into an empty bowl.
Mash well-ripened red beans gently with a spoon.
This is a simple and easy way to make red bean sauce.
Next you need to make red beans. If red beans are cumbersome to make, it doesn’t matter if you buy them at the mart or Amazon.

A. Heat the mold.
B. Apply cooking oil to the brush and apply evenly to the upper and lower frames.
C. Put the dough into the mold so that it does not overflow. Fill in about 2/3 of the mold below.
D. Put the red beans vertically in the taiyaki shape. If you add too much, it will overflow, so add about 2/3 of a large spoon.
E. Pour the batter over the red beans.
F. Close the upper frame. Cook it by turning it back and forth so it doesn’t burn.

If it’s ripe, take it out and eat it with your family or friends while it’s warm.
