Korean gochu powder

I use each of these two types of red pepper powder.
Cucumber pepper powder is used as the main base, and Cheongyang red pepper powder is mixed in a little bit to adjust the intensity of the spicy taste.

Similarly, gochujang uses two types of Red PepperPaste, one made from cucumber red pepper powder, and one made from Cheongyang red pepper powder.

When cooking, use Red PepperPaste made from cucumber red pepper powder as the main base, and mix a little bit of Cheongyang Red PepperPaste to adjust the spiciness.
In this way, you can control the spiciness, and you can cook non-spicy gochujang for children.
