1 tbsp minced garlic
2 pinches of black pepper
1 tbsp caramel sauce
soju & mirin

Material preparation

Vegetable

Chop the vegetables. [Slice the carrots flat. Cut the rest of the ingredients into appropriate sizes. ]
Place the vermicelli in a large bowl and add warm water until the vermicelli is submerged.
Soak the glass noodles in about 30 minutes.

Marinade

We will make a basic seasoning.
Add all the seasonings below to a bowl and mix well.

B. Starch syrup 5.5 tablespoons
