Best Korean BBQ in Seoul [ Korean Food ]

My journey began in Seoul, the capital of South Korea, where I had my first taste of Korean BBQ.
Juicy cuts of meat, marinated in a variety of sauces, and grilled to perfection right in front of me, made for a mouth-watering experience.
I highly recommend visiting Gogung in Myeong-dong for some of the best Korean BBQ in the city.
Don’t forget to try their samgyeopsal, a popular pork belly dish.

Next, I took a trip to Jeonju, a city in the southwest of South Korea, known for its rich culinary traditions.
Here, I tried bibimbap, a rice bowl with a variety of vegetables and protein, topped with a fried egg, and served with a spicy gochujang sauce.
It’s a popular dish that’s loved by locals and visitors alike. If you’re ever in Jeonju, make sure to visit Gajok Hwegwan for their famous bibimbap.

Best Seafood Restaurants in Busan

Continuing my journey, I visited Busan, a port city on the southeast coast of South Korea, where I had some of the best seafood dishes of my life.
Haemul pajeon, a seafood and green onion pancake, and sannakji, live octopus, were just a few of the must-try dishes that I enjoyed in Busan.
I highly recommend visiting Jagalchi Market, a bustling seafood market, to get the freshest seafood that Busan has to offer.

Oysters are cheap and delicious in Korea. Because the mountain side is the sea, a lot of oysters grow in winter. This is a photo of oysters that can be eaten cheaply and generously in Korea.

Best hwae in Gyeongju

Finally, my journey ended in Gyeongju, a city in the southeast of South Korea, known for its historical landmarks and cultural heritage.
Here, I had the opportunity to try hwae, a raw fish dish that’s served with a variety of side dishes, and makgeolli, a traditional Korean rice wine.
If you’re ever in Gyeongju, don’t miss out on trying hwae at Dae Jang Keum, a restaurant famous for their fresh fish dishes.
