When you go to a restaurant, adding a tip to your meal can lighten your pocket a lot.
Now you don’t have to go to fancy restaurants to eat.
You can make any number of them at home.

Cut the material. Cut into bite-size pieces.
If eating with children, cut the ingredients into smaller sizes.
Add rice and minced garlic to the tomato sauce and mix well.
If you stir-fry the rice in the tomato sauce first, the tomato sauce penetrates the rice grains better.
Bacon, tomato sauce, shrimp, and vegetables add flavor.
Add shrimp, garlic, and bacon to a frying pan and stir-fry.
When the bacon is properly cooked, add the remaining vegetables and stir-fry some more. [ Tomatoes, green peppers, matsutake mushrooms ]

Lightly cook the vegetables.
Then, add the well-mixed rice and stir-fry.
When it is well cooked, put the rice into a bowl.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over rice.
Return it to the microwave for about 5 minutes.
When the mozzarella cheese is all melted, take it out of the microwave.
Although not shown in the video, sprinkle some parsley on top of the cheese.
A bacon-tomato risotto with added flavor is complete.

2 matsutake mushrooms
1/3 bell pepper
4 cherry tomatoes
4 garlic cloves, minced
15 shrimp
4 whole cloves of garlic [Cut 1 clove into 3 parts, total of 4 cloves]
