Curry? jjajang?
I always think a little bit about whether to make curry or jjajang.
Jjajang and curry are always the subject of concern among rice bowl dishes.
When I eat Chinese food in Korea, I always worry about whether to eat jajangmyeon or jjambbong. The same goes for curry and jjajang.
Among them, today I decided to make curry rice.
The ingredients are simple.

When making curry, it is good to use milk to make it more light.
But in my video, I used bottled water.
And when making curry, starch water is used to make it thick.
Add the starch water at the very end and stir.
We recommend curry rice to eat with children.

1 potato
1 onion
1/2 carrot
Chopped Sirloin
curry powder
potato starch
pepper
salt
1/3 tbsp MSG
It’s not in the video, but if you want to add more umami, add 1/3 tablespoon of MSG.
